One of the vital spiritual disciplines that sustains the ministry of COME OVER MINISTRY is the act of entering in the presence of God on behalf of our missionaries and their families, staff and national church leaders.

Omar Vargas will be a catalytic in such task. He went for 4 years to Wheaton College and he graduated this past May in Theological and Biblical studies.
With your support Omar is planning to serve several purposes in our ministry.
Omar's vision for ministry will be as follows:
1. Sunday School Groups: A ministry that seeks to grow the people that attend I.B.S.H. in the Word of God through various classes. In attending these classes, the people can become better leaders, have stronger marriages, grow in prayer, and grow in their faith as they seek to learn from God's word
2. Family Small Groups: A ministry of community! In this ministry the goal will be to add the missing piece that you can't receive in a lesson plan, and that is fellowship! These small groups will be beacons of light in their community as they take part in fellowship and the learning from the lessons provided each week.
3. Discipleship Groups: Through this ministry new believers may be able to have a 1-2-1 connection, where the new believers have a mentor that allows them to learn the foundation of the Christian faith.
4. Missional Groups: This ministry brings about the outreach aspect of our churches. The vision of this ministry will be to reach the lost with
· Evangelism events and church planting.
· Medical /dental mission trips
· Building/repairs mission trips
Since the founding of Come Over ministries, we have seen God's hand at work throughout the ministry. We are currently working in 24 countries and we are planning to grow that number as God continues to provide. Our goal in COME OVER is to establish partnership in ministries, plant churches and expand the Kingdom. Our goals are:
•Partnership in 40 countries
•Network with 400 healthy churches
•Making 40,000 faithful discipleszone to explore opportunities, experience changed lives, engage their skills and passions, and make a difference.
RAFAEL AND MARISEL GRANA are the first couple of our local ministry in Florida who responded to God's calling to oversee our church planting in South America. They moved to Peru.
Their calling to Ethnic groups in the Peruvian Amazon basin is their main ministry
THE GRANA'S VISION
We would also labor within the local churches in the areas of Bible teaching, Evangelism and Discipleship. At the same time, as God opens doors and opportunities, we would plant new house/church congregations.

His father came as missionary to Peru in 1980 to reach the Candoshi-Chapra tribes. After being diagnosed with hepatitis they returned to Switzerland in 1986.
In 2003, Rafael returned to Peru to continue the work with the tribes

To continue the work within the Candoshi-Shapra tribes. To plant new churches in their region and to equip more leaders who continue the work of spreading the good news of the GOSPEL.

It's one of the first missionary of Come Over. He live in Santa Cruz Bolivia.
Iver have been a catalytic in the planting of several churches in Buen Retiro, Villa Florida and other communities of Bolivia.

To establish many churches all over the country of Bolivia. Also to see many lives transformed by their ministry in the Palma Sola jail in Santa Cruz.
